There may be some way to port them over, but until I figure it out that means I can't play the DLC for the game I started and played not on Live. Now it seems that if I sign into Live to get the DLC, my non-Live saves aren't recognized. I had issues getting Live working before I started playing (FO3 doesn't alt-tab very well) and just got into it without bothering setting up my Live account and put in a few hours.
